Project Coordinator duties and responsibilities

  • Work as a single point contact for the client to get related and timely update about the project status.
  • Proactively manage and maintain good working relationship with the client.
  • Coordinate the involvement of client and internal operation / technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and meeting of expectation.
  • Develop critical understanding of clients expectations, objectives and requirements and precisely convey those to internal/technical team.
  • Cultivate good business relationship and foster excellent communication with our new as well as existing clients.

Project Coordinator requirements and qualifications

  • 0-2 years of working experience in service-oriented coordination roles
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills.
  • Good English and local language skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent documentation skills with Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Should be familiar with other Microsoft programs.
